PROSPER.COM please fund me APARTMENT ROBBED?

Prosper gave me the lowest credit score when i have a 640. I dont think I will get funded so please help me. I dont know why they are giving me trouble, Ive had a full time job for 2.5 years and always pay my bills. I gross 2400 and i only want to borrow 2000. they wont let me do more than 9.06% some MA law If you cant help me give me advice on how to get money. Go talk to your bank and ask for a personal loan. Forget about whatever prosper.com is.
